It's Three And Easy For O's Youth
Brentford 1 - 2 Leyton Orient
Puma Youth Alliance South East Conference
SCOTT GRANGE'S double secured a third successive win for the O's youth team when they travelled to London rivals Brentford on Saturday.
The second year scholar (pictured, right) netted twice before the break, and although Orient eased off in the second half, they had already done enough for victory.
Youth team manager Kevin Nugent said: "It's another great result for us and the lads are delighted to have recorded their third successive victory.
"The first half performance was excellent and, if anything, we could have had a few more goals.
"But the second half wasn't so good, and it looked as if we eased off. Brentford came back into it and our goalkeeper, Daniel Bygrave, kept us in it.
"The two goals were enough for us though, and it's another excellent learning experience for us."
