20-year-old Aiden won his first professional contract during the summer of 2006 after continuing his progress to become the first deputy for the left-back role.
A strong tackler who is also composed in possession and capable of running forward with the ball, Aiden has impressed whenever called upon for the first team.
He made his first team debut at Oxford not long after turning 18 and, after making just a handful of first team starts, he earned a call-up to the England U19 squad as standby for their fixture against Belgium in September 2005.
And following Matt Lockwood's departure to Nottingham Forest this summer, Aiden will surely be hoping to stake a claim for a regular first team place over the forthcoming campaign.
