Boyd - I'd Love A Repeat
JUST four weeks ago, Adam Boyd was on the scoresheet as Orient defeated Luton Town 2-1.
It was the 25-year-old striker's first meeting with the Hatters since his summer move from Kenilworth Road to east London, and he would relish a similarly successful afternoon in the return match tomorrow.
The O's need to get back on track following a midweek loss at the hands of Crewe Alexandra, and Boyd is confident they can get over that result.
"I'm really looking forward to it," he said. "It's the first time for me back at Kenilworth Road and it's an opportunity for us to get three points on the board.
"I'd love a repeat of the home game. It was nice to score that day and it'd be great to get another one, but a win is the most important thing.
"It was disappointing to lose to Crewe, but on a positive note, we created so many chances - and it was encouraging that we were getting in the positions.
"We had 30 shots at goal, so it was disappointing that we didn't take any of them. We need to put that right tomorrow.
"If we want to be up there in the play-offs we need to win these kind of games. The lads are focused on the job and we're confident we can do it."
