SUMMER signings Tamika Mkandawire (pictured), JJ Melligan, Stephen Purches, Paul Terry and Stuart Nelson will meet their new team mates for the first time on Wednesday morning when Orient return to pre-season training.

The O's will assemble at their Newbury Park HQ to begin their preparations for the 2007/08 season, which will see a very different Orient team in action to the one that finished the last campaign.

11 players have left the club since May, while manager Martin Ling is chasing several further additions to the five he was already brought into his squad.

The players will spend the first 10 days of pre-season in east London before jetting off to Ibiza for a week-long tour of the Balearic island, while a programme of six friendly matches, including prestige games against West Ham and Spurs, will greet them on their return.
