Barry HearnWith the end of the season almost upon us, the thoughts of many of you will inevitably turn to buying, or renewing, your season ticket for next year.

And it won't have escaped your notice that for the 2004/05 season, Brisbane Road will be undergoing a massive regeneration project, meaning that we will only have two sides of the stadium for the whole season.

That of course, will lead to a vastly reduced capacity, and therefore a change in the way our matchdays work here.

Our capacity will be around the 5000 mark whilst work on the West and North areas of the ground is being carried out.

Under Football League regulations, we will be obliged to leave 500 seats for visiting supporters and after leaving a contingency there will only be around 4300 seats for home fans.

It doesn't take a genius to work out that it is more than likely that on a number of occasions we will not be able to accommodate all the spectators that will want to watch our matches.

Therefore, the only way we can guarantee to you that you will be able to see every home game next season is by purchasing a season ticket.

And there are a number of important points to bear in mind in this respect which I will do my best to outline here:

- Season ticket prices will remain the same for next season

- Existing West Stand and North Terrace season ticket holders will be able to renew their season tickets at the same price as this season

- Assuming redevelopment work on the West Stand and North Terrace commences during the pre-season period, existing supporters who have renewed their season tickets for those two stands will be relocated to the East Main Stand in to seats of the club's choice (at no extra cost).

- In order to choose a seat in the East Main Stand (or the South Stand), it is necessary to purchase a season ticket directly for those stands.

- Supporters who do not currently hold West Stand or North Terrace season tickets will NOT be able to buy season tickets for those areas - the only areas of the ground that will be available to current non-season ticket holders will be the East Main Stand and the South Stand.

- Existing East Main Stand and South Stand season ticket holders must renew their season tickets by May 31 in order to retain their existing seats.

I hope those points clear up any confusion that may have arisen. As ever, if you do have any queries, you can contact the club by post, phone or email and we will do our best to clarify the situation for you.

We are confident that with your co-operation and support, this important and pivotal time in the club's history can run as smoothly as possible and we will be able to satisfy the needs of our supporters during what promises to be an exciting season.

Up the O's and thanks for your support
